Robyn C. Davis is a seasoned business leader, board member, and global executive coach. Robyn currently serves as a public company Director at Azenta Life Sciences (AZTA ) and Psychemedics Corporation (PMD) and as a private company Director for Akston Bioscience, which is developing and manufacturing innovative classes of veterinary biologics. She is also a coach with The Leadership Consortium (tlcleaders.com) focusing on C-level and board-ready executives. Over the past decade, Robyn has built extensive experience in board governance serving on all committees and led as a board Vice-Chair and Chair of HR&C, Nom & Gov, and Finance committees. She has been a panelist and speaker on topics including C-level succession, activist engagement, governance fundamentals, and building board effectiveness. She was named one of the "Top 100 Most Influential" women corporate directors by WomenInc.
As Managing Director of AngelHealthcare Investors, Robyn managed the investment process and diverse portfolio of early-stage investments in medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and professional services including Novazyme (Genzyme), Metabolix (MBLX), GI Dynamics (ASX:GID), SmartCells (Merck), TyRx (Medtronic), CRA Health (Volpara) and others.
Additionally, Robyn has over three decades of independent global consulting experience leading value-creation strategies in growth, cost reduction, and leadership/talent development serving large global organizations, academic institutions, and private companies. Robyn began her career at Bain & Co and worked internationally at Barents. Most recently, she acted as an advisor to a breakthrough organization funding intervention models to leverage AI in education and completed a Certificate in AI Essentials for Business at HBS. Robyn earned a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard University.
