A dynamic results driven global manufacturing executive with expertise founded in a broad base of operational, financial, strategic and M&A experience which is applied using the “Socratic Method” approach to collaborate, develop and effectively implement appropriate action plans.  

A long-tenured executive who coaches leadership teams to complete complex tasks, including restructuring plans, strategic acquisitions, organic revenue growth initiatives and operational improvement plans benchmarked against a disciplined Capital Allocation Model, resulting in significant shareholder value creation. 

A results focused leader with long-term International P&L experience across the various reporting divisions within Silgan. Responsibilities included full engagement with the respective Operating Teams to set strategy, financial targets, commercial objectives and operating plans.  

A strategic thinker responsible for engaging with peers, the Operating Presidents and their teams to identify targets, develop relationships, benchmark returns and diligence perspective targets, resulting in 25+ acquisitions.  

A hands-on leader tasked by the Board and Executive Committee to develop and implement a two-pronged plan to improve the companies Cyber Security and consolidate the company-wide Business Technology platform. Currently serves as Chair of the Cyber Security Governance Committee.
