
Periklis Papadopoulos
AI Security Reinvention Strategist, Accenture
Periklis is a senior strategy lead in Accenture’s Global AI Security Reinvention practice, advising multinational clients on enterprise transformation at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology and innovation management.
At Accenture he leads programs to re-engineer cyber operating models and build resilient, forward-looking capabilities. He also oversees strategic planning for Accenture’s Security AI Engineering practice, working with foundational model providers, hyperscalers and security platform companies to develop solutions for emerging threats. Most recently, he led the establishment of Accenture’s Global GenAI Security Innovation Hub in Chicago.
Outside Accenture, he is a member of the NIST AI Safety Consortium. His work has been featured by the World Economic Forum, MIT Sloan Management Review and Ivey Business Journal.
Before Accenture, Periklis led the technology and cybersecurity transformation office of a global technology services company, where he established a Responsible AI Office and a Generative AI Center of Excellence, drove change management, and reported on modernization and cyber risk programs to the board.
Earlier in his career he held roles at PwC across cybersecurity strategy, M&A, and strategy and business operations.
Periklis holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Security & Risk Analysis from the Pennsylvania State University.
