Natalie Cooper is a senior manager with Deloitte’s Center for Board Effectiveness (the Center). She works with boards of directors of public, private, and nonprofit organizations to help them understand leading practices, trends, and governance issues impacting their role and responsibilities. Her work in the Center involves board governance assessments, board-readiness programs, facilitation of sessions designed for onboarding board and committee members, and helping to advise clients on boardroom matters. She also leads the development of the Center’s Board Practices Quarterly. Previously, Cooper was a marketing associate and supported clients and engagement teams within Deloitte’s Audit practice and in the energy and resources industries.
