Michael Joseph is a principal in the transactions services practice at Grant Thornton Advisors LLC. Based in Los Angeles, he has been with the firm for over 19 years. Joseph is experienced working with many different types of investment strategies along with aiding clients throughout their entire investment-holding period. He has performed services including buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, consulting for company divestitures, financial statement carve-outs, and restructuring of accounting departments. He has experience working with over 250 different companies in various industries, including retail and franchisors (i.e., multi-unit), manufacturing and distribution, and professional services. Joseph is the national leader of training and employee development for the transaction advisory practice and the co-leader of global transaction advisory for all the international member firms.
