Meghan Juday

Chair, IDEAL Industries

Meghan Juday is the chair of IDEAL Industries, a 107-year-old family business and a global manufacturing company that serves the electrical, construction, power solutions, and alternative energy industries. Starting her career at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), she joined IDEAL in 2003 as a governance expert. Juday joined the IDEAL board in 2008 and became chair in 2020. She also founded The Lodis Forum, a peer group for women in board leadership roles. Previously, Juday served as the director of the Family Business Center at St. Joseph’s University. Juday is a prolific writer for Family Business Magazine and Private Company Director, where she shares her insights on family business governance and sustainability.
