Mary Lee Schneider has served in C-suite leadership roles in public and private companies across the publishing, graphic communications, educational services, and direct marketing industries. She currently serves on the boards of Utah-based Larry H. Miller Company; New Jersey-based PGIM Alternative Investment Funds; and Chicago-based Propelis. Prior board service includes other family- and private equity-owned companies as well as ESOPs. On the not-for-profit front, Schneider serves on Penn State University’s Board of Trustees, is recent past chair of Mercy Home for Boys & Girls’ Leader Council, and is a life director of the Chicago Public Library Foundation. Previously, Schneider was the president and CEO of SG360°; president and CEO of Follett Corp.; and president, Digital Solutions and chief technology officer at RR Donnelley. She also worked for Condé Nast Publications, Time Warner, and McGraw Hill’s BusinessWeek magazine (now Bloomberg BusinessWeek) in New York City. She has earned the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Directorship Certification, was named a “Director to Watch” by Private Company Director, and most recently a Top 100 Director by NACD.
