Mary has successfully leveraged her public and private valuation expertise to help firms develop governance tools to increase value. Mary’s background as an investment professional provides relevant experience for her corporate board work. She offers a differentiating board perspective driven by her experiences as an Independent Director, seasoned investor, and consultant to Private Company CEOs and Boards. She has held numerous board roles, including Chair of the Board, Audit Chair, and Nominating and Governance Chair. Mary currently serves on the Boards of The Meritex Company, Warners’ Stellian, DWS Funds and The Hardenbergh Foundation. She is also a Certified Director awarded by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
