Mark Okerstrom currently serves as the chief financial officer (CFO) of Fortive Corp. (NYSE: FTV), a multi-industry conglomerate that is publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange. As CFO, he leads the global finance function including accounting, strategy, corporate development, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, tax, and treasury.

Prior to joining Fortive, Okerstrom most recently served as an external advisor at Bain & Co., a leading management consulting firm, and at Advent International, a leading global private equity investment firm. Prior to his time with Bain and Advent, he spent three years as president and chief operating officer of Convoy Inc. Before that, Okerstrom spent over 13 years at Expedia Group Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPE) as vice president and senior vice president of corporate development (2006–2011), CFO (2011–2017), CFO and executive vice president of operations (2014–2017), and CEO (2017–2019). Earlier in his career, Okerstrom was a corporate attorney at Freshfields in London and at Fasken in Canada. He also worked as a case team leader with Bain & Co. in Boston and San Francisco and as an associate at UBS Investment Bank in London.

Okerstrom served as a member of the board of directors of Expedia from 2017 to 2019 and of Trivago (Nasdaq: TRVG), a global hotel and accommodation search platform, from 2016 to 2019, serving as its chair from 2017 onwards.

Okerstrom currently serves on the board of trustees of Seattle Children’s Hospital, where he has been involved since 2021. He is a member of the research committee, is chair of the finance and asset management committee, and serves as treasurer.
