Mallory Brown is a vice president with TPG in San Francisco. At TPG, she is on the human capital team, where she is responsible for the people-analytics capabilities across funds and sectors, identifying board directors and C-suite executives for deal teams and portfolio companies, and driving automation and efficiency for these processes. Prior to joining TPG, Brown was global head of digital platforms and global head of knowledge management at management consulting and executive search firm Egon Zehnder in Palo Alto, CA; Berlin; New York, NY; and Chicago. Previously, Brown was the global specialist for the health industry at Egon Zehnder and specialized in C-level, board, and top research-and-development positions for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology segments. Brown earned a double master of business administration from Columbia Business School and London Business School and a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Notre Dame.
