Lucie Claire Vincent

Lucie Claire Vincent is a global consumer products executive and P&L leader with more than 30 years of experience at Fortune 100 companies, including Colgate-Palmolive Co. and Philip Morris International. She currently serves as an Independent Board Director at Toluna Holdings Limited, sits on the Advisory Board of the Next Generation Governance Group, and is President of the International Women’s Forum Connecticut. 

Her prior board seats include serving as Board Chair and President of Philip Morris Colombia; Board Director, Secretary, and member of the Executive and Finance Committees at GallopNYC; and Board Member of Club 30% Ecuador. 

A global citizen, she has held on-the-ground roles in North America, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean, and conducted business across Europe and the South Pacific. 

Recognized for her board leadership and strategic impact, Ms. Vincent has been named to the Financial Times Agenda Future 50 and selected as a Director to Watch by Private Company Director magazine (both 2025). She was also honored among the 50 Women to Watch for Boards by 50/50 Women on Boards (2024). 

In addition to her board service, Ms. Vincent is a startup advisor, author of articles on board governance, keynote speaker, panelist, and adjunct professor at New York University (NYU) for the School of Professional Studies, specializing in the Executive Master and Master of Marketing and Communications programs, with a focus on C-Suite leadership, governance, and capstone projects.
