Liz Cahill Lempres is a public and private company board member and committee chair. She is a senior partner emeritus of McKinsey & Company where she led two global practices, Consumer (Consumer Products and Retail) and Private Equity, and was managing partner of the Boston Office. Previously, Lempres was an Edison Engineer at GE and a Systems Engineer at IBM. She served on McKinsey's board for nine years and was a member of the global compensation policy committee. She also previously served on the boards of Axalta, Great-West Lifeco, and MIO Partners. Lempres currently serves on the boards General Mills, Culligan, NIQ and Treager. She is chair of the board of trustees of Dartmouth College and serves on the board of Social Finance, a nonprofit impact fund.
