Kim Yapchai is an experienced C-suite leader with 30 years of experience in Fortune 200 public companies, including about 10 years working with boards and board committees during transformational periods. Her industry experience spans construction, industrials, and automotive, including more than 20 acquisitions. She is currently EVP, chief administrative officer, and corporate secretary of Teichert, Inc. Yapchai is also a board member of DirectWomen and co-chairs their international boards committee.
