Kim Bishop is a recognized leader in the boardroom and business, working with companies to execute and accelerate growth and change. Kim leverages her experience as a Fortune 500 C-Suite leader and 20 years in talent consulting to provide actionable advice to senior management. A trusted advisor to CEOs and boards on strategy, business transformation and effective human capital planning, Kim weaves her deep understanding of organizational behavior, operations and financial performance into her governance insights. Kim is from Omaha and is delighted to meet with our chapter.

She is a member of the International Women’s Forum, NACD, Extraordinary Women on Boards and C200, an invitation-only membership organization including more than 500 of the world’s most successful female corporate executives and entrepreneurs. Kim received the Girl Scouts Woman of Distinction Award and was a recipient of the New York Women’s Agenda STAR Award for her contributions to women and children. As a speaker, Kim has lectured at Harvard, Columbia and Barnard College and has addressed numerous professional organizations and conferences. 

She received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications and a Master of Arts in Leadership, both from Bellevue University.
