Keri Calagna is the enterprise risk strategy leader in Deloitte’s Regulatory, Risk, and Forensic practice. With more than 26 years of experience providing risk advisory services, she helps organizations evolve their culture, capabilities, and systems to create more dynamic risk programs. Calagna commonly advises boards and executive leadership teams on the design and roll-out of enterprise-level risk programs and governance and helps executives align and mobilize around the top-most risks to their business. In addition to serving many of Deloitte’s most important and complex clients, Calagna served as Deloitte’s leader of Risk Mitigation and Strategies. In this role, she helped transform Deloitte’s own risk management capabilities by better integrating risk with strategy, embedding risk intelligence into decision making, and mobilizing risk response plans to manage the organization’s top risks.
