Kari Brashear is a senior executive with more than 15 years of experience in global commercial markets, industrial manufacturing, and ESG strategy. She brings a unique blend of legal, operational, and governance expertise, with a known track record for effectively partnering with CEOs and boards on risk, strategy, and enterprise transformation across agriculture and infrastructure. Brashear currently serves as chief legal officer at Scoular, where she leads the legal, compliance, real estate, and sustainability teams and serves as the corporate secretary to the board. She plays a key role in corporate governance, risk oversight, and strategic decision-making in a fast-evolving regulatory and economic landscape. Previously, Brashear held multiple leadership roles at Valmont Industries. She currently serves as board president of the Omaha Public Schools Foundation, immediate past board president of Mentor Nebraska, and a member of the board of directors of the Omaha Community Foundation.
