Josh Dubofsky is the global co-chair of Latham’s Shareholder Activism and Takeover Defense practice and a leading M&A lawyer. With nearly 25 years of experience, he advises clients on high-stakes shareholder engagement matters, including activism defense, hostile takeover planning, and public mergers and acquisitions. He also counsels corporate clients and private equity firms on their most complex domestic and cross-border transactions and investments.
Dubofsky has earned recognition as the No. 1 lawyer for “Advice to Boards” for 2025 by The Legal 500 US.
