Jill Granoff has extensive corporate governance experience, having served as a director on public, private, and nonprofit boards. She drives value creation by leveraging her distinguished thirty-plus-year career as a strategist, operator, brand builder, and investor in the retail and consumer industries. Granoff currently is a senior advisor at Alix Partners and Eurazeo. Previously, she was managing partner of Eurazeo, and CEO of Eurazeo Brands, Vince Holding Corp., and Kenneth Cole Productions. Granoff also held executive positions at Estee Lauder, Victoria’s Secret, and Liz Claiborne. She began her career as a management consultant at Kearney. Granoff is a director of Macy’s Inc. and chair of its compensation committee. She also serves on the board of three Eurazeo portfolio companies. Previously, she served on the boards of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Demandware, Vince, and Kenneth Cole.
