David Crosbie has a unique combination of proven entrepreneurship, academic teaching, and hands-on experience with financial regulation.

He was the founder and CTO of three venture-backed businesses with two successful exits; the third is still independent and growing.   As a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton, he created the first class on blockchain and digital assets in both the engineering and business schools. 

Subsequently, Crosbie was invited to be a visiting fellow at the SEC, where he was the fintech technology expert for digital assets and worked on many of the leading cases, including FTX and Terraform Labs. Crosbie currently is an advisor and investor in a range of Fintech related companies.
