Christopher Drewry is the global co-chair of Latham’s Shareholder Activism and Takeover Defense practice. He regularly represents multinational corporations across industries and jurisdictions in their most high-stakes shareholder activism and takeover defense matters. His leading cross-border practice covers the full spectrum of M&A, corporate governance, and shareholder activism defense, with a particular focus on complex transactions and board-level advice for global companies.
