Christopher Drewry is the global co-chair of Latham’s Shareholder Activism and Takeover Defense practice. He regularly represents multinational corporations across industries and jurisdictions in their most high-stakes shareholder activism and takeover defense matters. His leading cross-border practice covers the full spectrum of M&A, corporate governance, and shareholder activism defense, with a particular focus on complex transactions and board-level advice for global companies.

Drewry has been recognized with a No. 1 ranking for “Advice to Boards” for 2025 by The Legal 500 US, placing him among only 11 lawyers in the “strongest partners” category.
