A licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), Lean Six Sigma professional, and certified mediator, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of legal and policy frameworks to drive innovation in technology and its responsible adoption across diverse industries. Dr. Draper serves as a Visiting Scholar at the Indiana University Ostrom Workshop, Fellow for the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution, and led the American Bar Association Online Dispute Resolution Task Force and Technology Committee, addressing ethical technology adoption.
