Chip Dickinson is an accomplished board member and former CEO with more than 20 years of experience leading multi-generational family-owned and privately-owned enterprises. He has expertise in aligning owner and business strategies, corporate and family governance, succession planning, finance, capital allocation, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational development.  

Dickinson served as CEO and director of E. Ritter & Company (ERC), where he was the first non-family CEO in the company’s 135-year history. He guided ERC’s transition from an operating company to a portfolio management model, spearheaded ERC’s diversification strategy, and oversaw leadership succession, acquisitions, and organizational development.

Previously, Dickinson was CEO and director of Anderson-Tully Company.

He is recognized for building high-performing teams, developing next-generation family owners, and driving strategic growth and transformation across enterprises.
