Charley Brown is an accomplished CEO and board director with nearly 30 years of leadership and governance experience across public, private equity–backed, and venture-capital–funded companies. He has served on the boards of two publicly traded companies, three private equity–sponsored businesses, and a venture-backed technology company, consistently guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and successful exits.

He began his career with Johnson & Johnson and Black & Decker in marketing and product management before advancing to President of a Masco Corporation division. He later held two Chief Operating Officer roles at Pentair, with oversight of eight companies generating $1.2–$1.5 billion in revenue each.

As CEO and board member of Flow International Corporation (NASDAQ), he led the company for seven years, including a strategic sale to private equity. He then drove a five-fold EBITDA increase as CEO and director of another private equity portfolio prior to exit.

Currently, he serves as CEO and board member of Global IFS, where he is advancing innovation in data center infrastructure with four patents pending.
