Dr. Andrew Gilicinski, NACD.DC, is a seasoned C-suite executive with 32 years of experience in chemicals and consumer packaged goods (CPG) leadership at Air Products, Gillette, and Clorox, and officer roles at Georgia-Pacific and SC Johnson. His career began as a chemist and rapidly evolved to product development, M&A, and business leadership. In 2019 Gilicinski started a consulting firm offering M&A Advisory and CPG innovation services, and in 2024 also joined LHH’s ICEO practice as a Senior Advisor and Mentor helping executives navigate significant inflection points in their careers and businesses.

Gilicinski currently serves as independent director for two family-owned middle market firms: Master Fluid Solutions and Wyo-Ben, Inc. He is a member of the compensation committee for both boards, and chairs the strategy, innovation and technology committee on Master Fluid Solutions' board. Previously, he served on the Iowa State University Industrial Advisory Board and three fiduciary corporate boards.
