Amy D’Avella is a Manager on the Governance Services team in Deloitte's Audit & Assurance Practice. She works with directors, aspiring directors, and executives, helping empower them to deliver value to the organizations that they serve. D'Avella provides education to boards and management on leading practices and the governance landscape, facilitates board evaluations, and advises companies on opportunities to enhance their governance practices. D'Avella is an attorney by training and previously served investment management clients as a part of Deloitte's Risk & Financial Advisory practice. Building on a foundation in regulatory compliance and operational strategy, she brings experience working with a diverse range of clients—including public and private companies, investment managers, and boards—helping them strengthen governance frameworks and resiliency in a dynamic environment.
