
Edwina Woodbury
Director
Edwina (“Wina”) Woodbury is a results-oriented public company director and a former Fortune 500 senior executive. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE), where she chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Her previous public company board service includes Audit Committee chairmanships at Fort Worth-based electronics retailer RadioShack Corp. (NYSE), Cary-based media company R. H. Donnelley Corporation (NYSE), now part of Dex Media, and Chicago-based software development company Click Commerce, Inc. (NASDAQ), subsequently acquired by Illinois Tool Works.
Wina spent her corporate career with New York-based Avon Products, retiring as Executive Vice President, Global Business Process Redesign. Prior to that position, she was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
After earning her BSBA, majoring in Accounting, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Wina worked as a CPA on the audit staff of KPMG before joining Avon Products. Upon her retirement from Avon, she founded the book publisher Chapel Hill Press, Inc. She is former chair of the governing board of the UNC Health Foundation, and currently serves on the board of OnBoardNC.
