About The Event
This program explored the Blue Ribbon Commission’s recommendations regarding how boards and CEOs can improve their strategic alignment, trust, and impact. It explored how CEO and board engagement, actions, and behaviors, supported by intentional board culture and processes result in stronger communications, improved strategic planning, productive risk-taking, and better business outcomes.
This discussion considered how and why productive board-CEO relationships promote strategic differentiation and risk mitigation. It also examined the critical role of the Lead Director and their relationship with the CEO.
This program will provided directors with actionable insights regarding how:

CEO-Board relationships can successfully enhance mutual trust, communication, and strategic impact.
