Terry Rappuhn

Terry Rappuhn is an experienced independent director who has served on the boards of seven publicly traded companies in health services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and technology. She has chaired five audit committees, served on multiple nominating and governance committees, and was elected board chair during a time of corporate crisis. A certified public accountant, she holds the NACD CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight and has completed MIT Sloan’s executive course on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy and Vanderbilt University’s Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT course. Earlier in her career, she was chief financial officer of Quorum Health Group Inc., an owner and operator of acute-care hospitals, and began her career with Ernst & Young (now known as EY). Rappuhn’s governance experience includes leading companies through initial public offerings, mergers, and financial restructurings. She is deeply interested in disruptive technology and implications for governance and strategy.
