Jorge Titinger currently serves as chair of the board at Axcelis Technologies (Nasdaq: ACLS) and as an independent director at FormFactor (Nasdaq: FORM) and Ichor Holdings (Nasdaq: ICHR), where he leads cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) oversight. A two-time public-company CEO (SGI and Verigy), he has directed global teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia; created innovation roadmaps; and driven transformations that resulted in high-value acquisitions.

A Nashville resident, Titinger is deeply engaged in the region’s innovation ecosystem. He is a board member at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and leads CEO mastermind groups with LXCouncil, helping Middle Tennessee leaders navigate growth, technology disruption, and organizational change.

He earned his bachelor of science and master of science in electrical engineering and master of science in engineering management and business from Stanford University. From his time as captain of the Stanford Cardinal men's soccer team and US Indoor National Team, he brings a successful team orientation and a competitor’s mindset to every board table.
