Sperduto is the head of RBC Capital Markets U.S. and a member of RBC’s global capital markets operating committee, US executive committee, and US regional operating committee and RBC Capital Markets’ board. He plays a key role in developing and executing business strategies, promoting cross-business collaboration and advancing RBC’s pan-US initiatives.

Sperduto is also involved in talent development, mentoring, and community outreach, serving as co-executive sponsor of RBC PRIDE USA and captain of RBC’s New York Race for the Kids. He is chair of Play Rugby USA’s board and a board member of DREAM, a network of charter schools and youth programs.

Sperduto has advised on more than 200 transactions totaling more than $250 billion and has extensive experience executing transactions. Past roles include leadership positions at CIBC World Markets, SoundView Technology Group, Smith Barney, and Kidder, Peabody & Co.
