Tony serves on several public, private, and non-profit boards. He is Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Investment, Governance, and Cybersecurity Committees for Americold Realty Trust; a member of the Audit and Cyber Risk Committees for Utz Brands; and Chair of the Education Policy Committee and member of the Executive and Compensation Committees for Lafayette College.
He is President of AFF Advisors, LLC, providing independent consulting in supply chain strategy, organizational assessments, M&A due diligence and integration, and operational effectiveness. His 40-year career in operations and supply chain leadership includes senior roles at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Cadbury, Kraft Foods, and Pinnacle Foods, as well as advisory positions with The Canaan Group and McKinsey & Co.

Previously, Tony previously served on the boards of Liberty Property Trust, Green Rabbit, and Collier Creek Holdings. He holds NACD Cyber Risk certification, completed NYU/NASDAQ’s Cyber Scholar Program and has been recognized by Latino Leaders Magazine.
