Dysart has placed hundreds of executives on the boards of Fortune 500, mid-cap, and private companies. He works with boards to look at long-term development plans for management and board succession planning.

Dysart regularly comments on corporate governance, appearing in The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, and other media outlets. He also guest-lectured at George Washington University, Northwestern University, and elsewhere. BusinessWeek ranked him one of the 150 most influential headhunters in the world, and Executive Search Review named him one of six “executive recruiters to watch.” Dysart has been named 18 times to the NACD Directorship 100™. In 2011, he was named to the “Rising Stars of Corporate Governance” list by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at Yale University.
