Sue Bostrom served on the boards of more than 12 technology companies over the past two decades. Currently, she is on the board of directors of three public and three private companies, serving as lead independent director and chair of the compensation committee at ServiceNow, chairing the compensation committees at Samsara and GitLab, and sitting on the boards of Outreach, SingleStore, and WebFlow.

Sue served for more than a decade on public company boards of Varian Medical Systems and Cadence Design Systems. She held positions on the boards of Anaplan, Marketo, and Rocket Fuel, from initial public offerings to subsequent acquisitions.
Sue is former executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Cisco Systems and built and led its Internet Business Solutions Group. Previously, she held leadership positions at National Semiconductor and McKinsey & Co.

Sue also served 18 years on the boards of Stanford Medicine and Georgetown University.
