Boards: Med One Group

Steven Weber serves as an independent director of Med One Group and chairs the board’s IT steering committee. Previously, he was independent director of the GEHA board, where he served as chair for more than four years, was chair of the compensation committee, and was a member of the risk and technology committee. Steve also was an independent director of ThedaCare, where he was on the executive and technology committees.

Steve served as an independent director of Harbor House—a domestic abuse organization. Prior to his board roles, he was an executive partner for Gartner Inc., providing strategic technology advice and consulting to chief information officers (CIOs), chief financial officers, and CEOs. Steve led IT oversight, cybersecurity, metrics, and strategy discussions with the NACD membership via master classes and board advisory services. He previously served as senior vice president and CIO for two Fortune 500 organizations.
