Bew draws on deep experience in corporate governance to provide strategic direction for the Center for Board Matters and in her work on a wide range of governance and strategy issues with board members and executive teams of EY’s clients. She leads board education, facilitates marketplace events and programs, and helps drive the firm’s initiatives to build the pipeline of future directors.

Bew joined EY from NACD, where she led the organization’s Fortune 500 Committee Chair Network and Blue Ribbon Commission, and served as faculty for the NACD director education programs. Previously, she held senior roles at several global professional services firms, where she led strategy consulting, board advisory, and custom executive education.

Bew has been a featured speaker and writer on governance topics and served on the methodology advisory committee for Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies and the research advisory council for JUST Capital.
