Ferracone is founder and CEO of Farient Advisors LLC—an executive compensation, performance, and corporate governance advisory firm. With more than 30 years of consulting experience, she advises clients in the areas of business and talent strategies, executive compensation, performance measurement, sustainability, and investor engagement, among others.

Ferracone serves on the boards of directors of The Woodlands Financial Group and WildAid (where she was recently the chair) and is a board member of 50/50 Women on Boards. She formerly served on the board of directors of Trupanion Inc., where she was chair of the compensation committee. In addition, Ferracone is a trustee emeritus of Duke University.

Ferracone received a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in management science and economics from Duke University.
