Lofton Holder is a seasoned board director and former Wall Street executive recognized for his integrity, judgment, and commitment to governance excellence. He serves as an independent director of Golub Capital’s business development committees. He has chaired audit and compensation committees, qualifying as a financial expert with expertise in cybersecurity, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise risk management. Lofton is a former director of Manning & Napier and New York Life Investments exchange traded funds and advisor to the venture-backed firm Landed. 

Lofton co-founded Pine Street Alternative Asset Management, an award-winning hedge fund seeding platform honored for innovation and fiduciary discipline. Previously, he spent more than 35 years in leadership roles at Investcorp, J.P. Morgan, and The First Boston Corp. 

He also serves on nonprofit boards, including the AARP Foundation, Maimonides Health System, UpTogether, CoGenerate, and Edwin Gould Foundation.
