Zale is a partner in the New York office of FGS Global, a leading strategic advisory firm. She advises management and boards on achieving fair valuation and navigating reputation risk as well as on financial transactions and capital markets initiatives, crisis and issues response, executive and corporate positioning, leadership transitions, purpose and impact, and shareholder activism defense.

Zale spent two decades in executive roles, leading investor relations, communications, digital and social media, corporate affairs, and marketing. She serves on the boards of Fountain House and Reaching Out MBA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College and Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, was recognized as Best Investor Relations Professional in the annual Extel (Institutional Investor) survey and has been honored as a governance professional among the NACD Directorship® 100 for multiple years.
