Linda is a highly recognized thought-leader and an expert in the field of executive compensation and Board governance for the technology and life sciences industries. For over 35 years, Linda has worked directly with senior management and Boards of Directors on developing and implementing compensation plans including incentive plans and equity strategies while navigating the ever-changing governance landscape. She has held various leadership roles on Aon’s Rewards practice before returning to her passion of leading client engagements and developing talent.

In 2022, Linda joined the Board of Directors at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network where she serves as Vice Chair of the Board and is a member of the Compensation Committee.
