Les Brun is founder, chair, and CEO of Ariel Alternatives LLC, which invests in midmarket, scalable businesses that are or will become Black- and Latino-owned.
He is also chair and CEO of Sarr Group LLC, a diversified holding company for his investments, as well as senior advisor to G100 and World 50, a private platform of peer-to-peer communities for senior executives and directors.

Les is on the board of directors of Corning Inc. and My Code and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, Les was a managing director of CCMP Capital Advisors and is chair emeritus of Hamilton Lane, a leading private equity advisory and management firm. He also was chair of the board of directors of Automatic Data Processing Inc. In addition, he was actively involved with the US Small Business Administration.
