Larry Sterrs currently serves as board chair of Camden National Corp. and Camden National Bank where he has been a director and chair since 2017. He is also the board chair and CEO of the Unity Foundation, a public charity dedicated to strengthening Maine's nonprofit sector.

Previously, Lawrence served as chair and CEO of UniTek and its telecom subsidiary, UniTel. He spent 19 years at CONTEL Corp. in various executive roles, including network design, strategy development, and legislative and regulatory operations.

After CONTEL, Lawrence joined the accounting and consulting firm Berry Dunn, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and regulatory strategy development.

Lawrence has been appointed by several Maine governors to serve on several telecom-related task forces. He has previously served as board director of Thomas College and Oxford Networks. He also was board chair of Waterville Creates! and the Star of Hope Foundation.
