Smith is managing partner and co-head of the board practice at DSG Global, a top 10 US executive search firm. Recognized three times on the NACD Directorship 100™ as one of the nation’s leading governance professionals, she is dedicated to advancing strong corporate governance and effective board composition. Smith serves as chair of governance and is past president of the NACD Florida Chapter and is an NACD board leadership fellow and a certified director. She is widely regarded for helping companies build strategic, high-performing boards with multi-dimensional diversity.

Earlier in her career, Smith held senior marketing and strategy roles at Westinghouse Electric Corp. and Motorola Inc. Smith also serves on the board of directors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and the advisory board of Women Executive Leadership (WEL) Florida.
