Boards: McCain Foods, Blue Diamond Growers, Tanimura & Antle

Daley is a consumer industry leader and strategist, serving as an independent director on the boards of three large food companies: McCain Foods (chair, sustainability; member, audit, HR, and governance committees); Blue Diamond Growers (chair and founder, sustainability committee; member, audit, compensation committees and former political action committee member); and Tanimura & Antle (chair, governance; member, compensation committee). She is a former director of Hazel Technologies, a venture-capitalist–backed agtech start-up.

Daley’s expertise developed through decades of strategy consulting and operating roles including as vice president of corporate development at Musco Family Olive Co. She continues to lead KDC, a boutique growth strategy consulting firm. She volunteers for causes such as Stanford Women on Boards where she leads the strategic alliances effort. She is also an active angel investor, mentoring several founders. She holds the IDC.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
