Bishop is board chair of Shawmut Design and Construction, a national construction management firm, a member of the audit committee, and chair of the compensation committee. She also serves on the board of Starlite Building Services.

Bishop is co-CEO of Kinetic Leaders, a boutique strategy firm. Previously, Bishop was executive vice president at First Data Corp., a global financial services technology firm. She is a former director of Judlau Contracting Inc., a civil construction firm, and former advisory director of Hitch Works Inc.

As a leader of global consulting and search firms, Bishop has worked with executives around the world on talent strategy. She was named by Bloomberg Businessweek as one of the world's most influential headhunters.
