Joe Anderson is a visionary leader with unparalleled global experience.  Following a successful 38 year career in the US Army where he commanded Infantry units from company through Corps-level and endured multiple deployments, he became President of J Anderson Consulting Group and later CEO of Rafael Systems Global Sustainment. He gained additional business and management experience as Chairman of the Board for 4C North America and REV and as a Board Director for Systematic, Sequoia Inc, MW Group and SNA International.  He also serves as a Board Advisor for Wynnchurch Capital, Beacon Global Strategies and Chart National.  He recently served as a Board Advisor for Saildrone, Dataminr and Big Bear AI and a Board Director for SIXGEN, Defense Logistics and Zasti.  In 2024 he was elected President of the DC Chapter of the NDIA and served the year prior as the Chairman of the Board of Advisors for NAMC.  He also served two years as a Director on the National Academies Board on Army Research and Development.
