Jonathan Johnson serves on the board of directors of The J.M. Smucker Co., a leading marketing and manufacturer of consumer package goods, including the iconic Smucker’s, Jif, Folgers, Milk-Bone, and Hostess brands, where he is the lead independent director and sits on the people and compensation and the nominating, governance, and corporate responsibility committees. Jonathan is also on the board of directors of Nursa—a privately held health-care staffing platform that connects nurses with facilities to find flexible, well-compensated, per diem jobs, and helps facilities fill shifts quickly—chairing the audit committee. He is also on the board at Bloom—a privately held social-impact staffing company that works with top English-speaking talent from around the world. Jonathan is the former chair and CEO of Overstock.com (now Beyond)—a leading online retailer of furniture and home furnishings. He has served on the boards of numerous private for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations.
