With more than 45 years’ experience, DeLoach is founding managing director at Protiviti. He is known for integrity and expertise in steering organizations through regulatory challenges and evolving markets. A pioneer in enterprise risk management, he authored more than 800 articles and the first Enterprise Risk Management book, writing extensively on internal control, managing enterprise risks, navigating disruptive change, and strengthening corporate governance and organizational culture. DeLoach served for a decade on the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations’ advisory council, contributing to major global frameworks. He received awards such as Consulting Magazine’s Consultant of the Year and the Bette Stead Leadership Award.

In 2025, DeLoach was included in Marquis Who's Who in America. His impact spans globally, having worked with hundreds of companies and organizations in 30 countries.
