Boards: Cascade Energy, Verra, Landesa, Emrgy 

Jennifer McFarlane serves on the boards of Cascade Energy, where she is a member of the compensation and nomination committee and the audit and finance committee; Verra, as chair of the audit and finance committee; Landesa, as chair of the finance committee; and Emrgy. She previously served on the boards of TruTag Technologies, as chair of the audit committee; BioGill, as chair of the compensation committee; and Pacific Institute, as chair of the finance committee. 

Jennifer also advises venture funds, including CleanTech Partners and several technology companies and frequently speaks on board careers for women executives in programs developed by How Women Lead. She has more than 20 years of experience as a chief financial officer for several high-growth climate, health, and energy companies, including Nextracker and LanzaTech and began her career in investment banking at Salomon Brothers. 

Jennifer is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
