Burgess is a partner, the enterprise consulting strategy and execution leader, and current chair of the board of directors at RSM US LLP. As board chair, she leads the board in guiding and overseeing the effective execution of the firm’s strategy and upholding the tradition of quality, integrity, and client service excellence that has been the hallmark of RSM since 1926. During her tenure as a board member, Burgess served as the chair of the CEO committee before she was selected as the chair. During her tenure, she served on several committees, including those focused on finance, mergers and acquisitions, risk oversight, and governance. As the firm’s consulting strategy and execution leader, Burgess drives strategic vision and execution within RSM’s consulting practice and alignment across the enterprise.
