Hahn is an elected member of Crowe LLP's board of directors. He serves as the chair of the partnership and governance committees, as well as a member of the investment committee. He also serves as a leader in Crowe's consulting practice, with a focus on go-to market strategy and industry solutions.

Hahn has spent several years working with financial institutions that are under enforcement action, developing compliance programs and response strategies integrating compliance and operations. He has spoken at national conferences, and conducted webinars dedicated to the challenges and opportunities tied to developing a sustainable and effective compliance program.

Hahn previously served on the board of directors for Heart of West Michigan United Way and as the chair for The LEAGUE Michigan.
